Aitai☆Kuji Website Update Important Info
Aitai☆Kuji has recently updated our website to make for a faster and improved shopping experience!
While we have ensured most things are running smoothly, here are a few potential issues you might run into when shopping on our website.
1) The page loads strangely
Solution: Please clear your browser's cache. If you see any page that looks broken or text heavy without photos, try refreshing the page after clearing cache to see if it fixes the issue. You might need to refresh the page several times to get the correct page view.
2) The cart button is missing on mobile!
Solution: Try clicking the Header Bar's Products or Series page to find the Cart Button once more on the right hand side of the screen. It will pop up if you navigate away from the Home page.
3) I get an error that says "Invalid Form Key. Please refresh the page."
Solution: Clear your browser's cookies and then refresh the page. Deleting cookies should be able to remove that error message.
These are the top three issues we have seen persist despite the update, and our programmers are working hard to fix the issues.
