Website Account Login Error

We have received many reports regarding a strange log-in issue where the Login Page does not allow you to login to your account.
The issues we have heard involve the login page forever refreshing, even after a customer resets their password.

We greatly apologize for the inconvenience this has caused, and our programmers are currently still looking into the issue.

If you experience this error, please try the following:

1) Clear your browser's cookies
2) Clear your browser's cache
3) Try a different browser

If the above three do not work, please Contact Us and let us know your account's email address.

Usually clearing your browser's cookies and cache should solve the issue, but in the event it does not, feel free to contact us with more information or screenshots of the error you receive.
